Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of sesame-ca.com in connection with your access to and use of our online gaming and related services. Effective date: 2025-10-31.

Account Registration

REFLECT: To register and maintain an Account, you agree to:

  • Eligibility & Age: You must be physically located where our Services are lawfully offered and meet the legal gambling age in your province/territory (19 in most provinces/territories; 18 in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec). In all cases you must be at least 18 years old. You must not use the Services in Ontario unless and until sesame-ca.com is operated by an entity registered with the AGCO and under agreement with iGO; no such authorization is represented as of the Effective Date.
  • Single Account: One Account per person. Duplicate or third-party accounts may be closed and winnings voided.
  • KYC & Verification: You will complete email verification and provide accurate information and documents on request (government ID, proof of address, payment method ownership, and, where needed, source-of-funds/source-of-wealth). We may use geolocation and third-party databases to verify your details.
  • Accuracy & Security: Keep your data current and secure your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your Account unless we fail to apply reasonable security measures.
  • Compliance: We may refuse, suspend, or close Accounts to comply with law (including screening for sanctions, PEP/HIO status) and responsible gambling measures (self-exclusion, limits, time-outs).

Betting & Gameplay Rules

OBSERVE: Fair play, accepted bet mechanics, and conduct rules ensure integrity.

EXPAND: Canadian consumer protections and industry norms require clarity on acceptance, errors, and behavior.

REFLECT: When using the Services:

  • Placing Bets: Bets are accepted when our servers confirm receipt and show the bet as "placed." Minimum/maximum stakes are displayed per Game and may vary. Once accepted, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by you.
  • Game Results: RNG games are determined by certified random number generation provided by third-party suppliers; live games settle by the outcome recorded by the game provider. Our records are final, subject to manifest error.
  • Errors & Voids: We may void or correct bets affected by technical failure, misconfiguration, or palpable error (e.g., materially incorrect pay tables or displays). Settlements will be adjusted to the correct outcome or the stake refunded.
  • Prohibited Conduct: No collusion, arbitrage using multiple accounts, multi-accounting, use of bots or scripts, chip-dumping, or harassment. Abuse of live chat (insults, hate speech, spam, solicitation) is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
  • Responsible Play: You may set deposit/time limits or request self-exclusion via support. If you self-exclude, access will be blocked and open bets voided with stakes returned where required by law.

Bonus Terms

  • Activation: Bonuses must be opted into and are credited once eligibility criteria are met. One promotion per person, household, IP, device, or payment method at a time unless we expressly allow combination.
  • Wagering: Standard wagering is 35x the bonus amount within 30 days; free spins winnings must be wagered 25x within 7 days. Contribution: most slots 100%; table and live games 10%; jackpot games 0%; excluded games do not contribute.
  • Restrictions: Until wagering is met, the maximum bet is CAD 5 per spin/hand or 10% of the bonus value (whichever is lower). Prohibited actions include low-risk betting, hedge betting, equal/zero-risk wagers, or delaying game rounds to a later time.
  • Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are non-withdrawable until wagering is completed. If expired or forfeited, remaining bonus and associated winnings are removed; cash balance remains.
  • Abuse & Multiple Accounts: We may cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts for bonus abuse or policy breach.

Payments & Withdrawals

  • Methods: Available options may include Interac e-Transfer, Visa/Mastercard, bank transfer, and selected e‑wallets or cryptocurrencies. Availability depends on your location and verification status; not all methods are offered in all provinces/territories.
  • Limits & Fees: Typical minimum deposit CAD 10; minimum withdrawal CAD 20. Maximums are shown in the cashier per method. We do not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank/payment provider may. Currency is CAD unless stated.
  • Processing Times: Withdrawals are subject to KYC checks. Internal review usually within 1-3 business days; bank/e‑wallet timeframes vary by provider. We may require proof of payment method ownership and source-of-funds before releasing funds.
  • Return to Source: Where feasible, withdrawals are returned via the method used to deposit. We may request alternative payout details if return is not possible.
  • Crypto Notice: If crypto is offered, settlement amounts are calculated at the time of processing; you bear exchange rate/volatility risk. Additional AML checks may apply.
  • Chargebacks & Reversals: Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to Account suspension, recovery of costs, and voiding of winnings pending resolution.
  • Refunds: Erroneous or void bets will be refunded to cash balance. Bonuses are not refundable and may be removed if associated with voided activity.

Limitation of Liability

  • Cap: For any settled bet or game round, our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount of the stake placed on that bet/round or the amount incorrectly credited/debited, whichever applies.
  • Non-Excludable Rights: Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law (including rights of Quebec consumers).

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All Site content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, audio-visual material, and data are owned by the Operator or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

  • Procedure: We will notify you by email where lawful and practicable, stating reasons and any steps to reinstate (e.g., documents required). Immediate suspension may occur to protect you/us or comply with law.
  • Funds: Upon closure, we will pay out any available cash balance (subject to KYC and legal holds). Winnings associated with prohibited conduct may be voided. Unresolved disputes will be handled per the "Governing Law & Jurisdiction" section.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise (e.g., Quebec consumer protection law for Quebec consumers).
  • Dispute Resolution: First, contact support to resolve complaints. If unresolved, you may bring a claim in the courts of Ontario (Toronto) or, at your option, in small claims court with appropriate jurisdiction. Quebec consumers may bring claims in Quebec courts. Any agreement to arbitration must be voluntary; if chosen, arbitration will be under the ADR Institute of Canada rules. Class action waivers do not apply where prohibited by law.
  • Regulatory Schemes: If you access a provincially regulated version of our Services, the relevant regulator's dispute process (e.g., an iGO framework in Ontario) will apply in addition to or instead of the above, as required. No representation of such authorization is made for sesame-ca.com as of the Effective Date.
